Richard Brahm

Richard Brahm is beginning a new chapter as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Select, bringing together a lifetime of experience, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others. After retiring from his engineering career a few years ago, Richard is now joining his wife, who is retiring from Tulsa Public Schools, in a new journey in real estate.

Together, they believe that combining the best of their experiences, skills, and personalities gives them something special to offer their clients. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions people make, and Richard and his wife want to help make that experience feel personal, comfortable, and rewarding.

Richard has called Tulsa home since 1989. He and his wife have raised their family here and are now proud grandparents of three. He has developed a deep appreciation for the people and communities that make Tulsa such a special place to call home.

Known for being honest, friendly, and easy to talk to, Richard brings the thoughtful, detail-oriented approach of an engineer while keeping relationships at the heart of what he does. He enjoys getting to know people, understanding what matters to them, and helping them navigate important decisions with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Richard enjoys reading and spending time with his wife, family, and friends. He is excited about this new chapter and looks forward to helping others find a place they are proud to call home.
