Stephen was the best real estate agent I ever had. We were from out of state and Stephen set up plans for us to come out and visit. After our visit, we decided to make a contingent offer on a house we looked at. Stephen was even able to get the builder to make some modifications for us. Unfortunately, another offer came in for this house before ours sold. Stephen kept working with us after rage and we were abler to find 2 more house we like. Stephen did video walk throughs for both of them since we were out of state. We picked one and made an offer that was accepted. We closed two days ago and could not be happier.
