Sally sold my house in 4 days with more than asking price! Unbeknownst to me. Upon Inspections, rains and below 30 degrees we had 3 months delay in repairs. Sally made everything positive. Worked with construction crews and kept this sale together until closed. She updated me every day and kept us all informed of progresses, and delays. She is seasoned, delightful and works so hard. She is well prepared and organized! Highly recommend her for making your dreams come true buying or selling a home. Thank you Sallly so much!. Let's now do lunch and not talk shop. Lol. In our first meeting Sally connected us with a home designer who gave us advice on the colors to choose in repainting the outside of the house to make it both updated in color and attractive to a buyer, a roofer who could do an initial inspection for us and, as a result, reroofed the house to give us a competitive advantage, and to a painter who exceeded expectations with his work and cost!
