Debra McGuire is a true professional. She handled the listing and sale of my mother’s modest home with the same commitment of a million dollar property. Her deep knowledge of the Tulsa market place combined with exceptional communication and service made the process much easier. As an out of state seller, her recommendations and management of contractors was invaluable. I am grateful for Debra’s help in preserving my mother’s legacy and guiding me through an important sale.

I placed my faith in this company to get my house sold for a good price and quickly. When they placed my house on the market, due to their work ethic, it was for sell for less than 2 days. I got over asking price and closed quickly. Thank you for treating me like family.

They did a great job and sold my house quickly, for a fair price. I turned down other realtors because the seemed to want me to go down in price immediately. I’ve been down this road several times and have kept up with housing prices and fluctuating markets. I got what I needed and deserved price wise and I believe that part of that was their professionalism and listening ability.

I was an out of state buyer and relied heavily on Deborah McGuire to find me a home that fit my budget and tastes, without seeing the property in person, which was tricky. She guided me through the process using video calls to tour different properties and was undoubtedly the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. Very thorough, followed up on every detail, and was in constant communication with me to answer questions and provide updates from offer to closing. She is very knowledgeable and an expert in her field. Love her!!

Deborah and Jessica are the absolute best real estate agents in Tulsa! They're super responsive, patient and insightful. They work very well as a team and were the perfect fit for our house hunt. They offer great tips and connections as well. Also, they are honest and stick to your price range! We worked mostly with Deborah at the beginning and we were very impressed that she would tell us the good AND the bad about the houses and she would tell us when a house was NOT worth the asking price. She was very thorough in her assessment of the important features of a home that are often overlooked like the furnace, hot water heater, siding, roof, etc. We lived out of state and came to Tulsa to look at houses. However, we didn't find the right house before we returned home. After we returned home, we did a few Zoom house showings over the next week and they found us an excellent property (that was just about to hit the market). We trusted them enough to close on the house "sight unseen." We closed on the house in exactly 30 days and that's with a major holiday in the mix. We highly recommend the Mcguire Cooley team, and we will be sure to work with them again in the future!

We are very pleased with the perseverance the team exhibited in helping us find the house we were able to purchase. Since the market was so hot, it took awhile for us to find a house before it was already pending. Since we were only able to come to the community at certain times due to living several hours away, the agent communicated regularly with us by text, email, and telephone. Her expertise in knowing the area and what we wanted in a house was very valuable.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with both Deborah McGuire and Jessica Cooley in the process of selling our home and buying another. They worked hard to align both transactions so there was minimal inconvenience for us, and helped us through what seemed to be a particularly difficult purchase. They are extremely knowledgeable about the local market, gave welcome and expert advice during negotiation, made themselves available when needed and even recommended quality contractors for renovations we made after the purchase. Their entire team was honest, professional, responsive and they really care about their clients. Jessica found us the house we wanted as well as negotiated the sale of our previous home - all within a 90 day window. After closing on our new home, the follow up and commitment to making sure we were completely satisfied continued and went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend contacting them! ATTENTION PLEASE!! Are you looking for a genuine, trustworthy trader/motorship in Crypto, NFT, and Binary options, then Mrs. Clarice Haynes is the right one for you. I was looking for the best not until I read good reviews and recommendations about her. With her Great skill in Trading and Mining, she was able to make a good profit from my first $1000 investment. I was amazed at how she turned a $1000 investment into $5000 just within a week. At first, I thought this was impossible until I give it a try myself. I earned a very good profit and made my withdrawal successfully directly to my bank account with no hidden charges. If you wish to invest, kindly Contact her with the below details. I switched to the McGuire Cooley team at Coldwell Banker select after spending several months searching with an agent that just didn't seem to get me. I'm a bit picky and it's a tough market, so everyone involved was amazed when I found a house within a week of switching! I was expecting to be in the market for the long haul! I am a first time homebuyer and was very anxious about making such a large purchase in such a tough market. Deborah and Jessica were fantastic. They talked me through every part of the process and really went the extra mile to make sure I had zero regrets. I ended up being very well taken care of in the transaction and am very happy in my new home. Above and beyond having an excellent home buying outcome; I have been very pleased with every contractor that I've found through their recommendation as well and the advice they've given as I've fixed up my new home has been excellent. I've started calling them 'the dream team' and recommend them to anyone I know who's looking for a house. You will be well taken care of if you choose the McGuire Cooley real estate team!

We were cautiously optimistic about putting our house on the market for a second time in a neighborhood with a high percentage of homes for sale, many of them new construction. We were also looking to buy a new home with a lofty goal of selling within 30 days of listing and closing on both homes on the same day. We interviewed several realtors and immediately knew Deborah and her team were best suited for the challenge. The McGuire Cooley team went above and beyond in every aspect of the process to accomplish our goals. Their extensive real estate knowledge, network of people and resources, and passion for their business is second to none. Not only did we sell in less than 30 days, but they found us the perfect home that hadn't hit the market yet. Deborah strikes the perfect balance of professionalism and personal touch and makes a very stressful time as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Whether you're looking to buy and/or sell a home, look no further than the McGuire Cooley team!

We were moving here from Virginia and made three trips to look at houses. We looked at a lot of houses online before each trip. They quickly got a sense of what we liked and wanted. They even hooked us up with a great mortgage broker. They also referred us to a realtor in Virginia when ours dropped the ball. We ended up making an offer and going through the whole process over the phone while we were selling our home in Virginia. They have given us a lot of guidance as we become accustomed to the area, offering suggestions about services we need, shopping, dining, activities we are interested in and even churches. Very impressed with their expertise. These ladies know what they are doing.

If you’re looking for amazing realtors that go way beyond just helping you buy or sell your house, look no further than Deborah and Jessica with the McGuire and Cooley Real Estate Team. Their help doesn’t stop once you close on your house, whether you’re in need of good advice, a contractor referral, etc…they take care of their customers for life. For instance, earlier this year they planned a customer appreciation day with all kinds of free vouchers at the Tulsa Zoo for ALL of their previous customers and their family. How awesome is that? Deborah and Jessica are two very special gals that care about their customers. What more can you ask for?

After 6 years they stay in touch and keep me in the loop on my house value and offer suggestions for my next home. You won’t go wrong with them, they are the BEST!

The McGuire Cooley team has helped us both sell and buy homes. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the business was invaluable. So many times when I would have a question or a situation I would call and find that they had already thought of and dealt with the problem. They are thorough and motivated to see their clients satisfied with their purchase or sale.

I can't recommend this team enough. They helped us find a darling first home purchase several years ago, and have since help us sell(in one day well above asking) that home and purchase our second. Deborah and Jessica take a personal approach to finding or selling your house. They truly care about finding the best place for you and your family. They communicate extremely well and efficiently, give you all the answers to your 100s of questions and love educating clients every step of the process. We are extremely grateful for them.

Deborah helped us negotiate and buy our new home (which was rather tricky at times!) and then was able to help us market our previous home so that it sold the first weekend it was available for sale. She worked tirelessly to make this transition as easy as possible. I would heartily recommend her to help with either buying or selling your home!

Jessica found the perfect house for my daughter. She artfully negotiated the contract to get her the best deal. She mentored my daughter, a first time buyer, on contracts, home inspections, and mortgages. She always returned emails/texts/phone calls promptly. She listened to my daughter's wants, needs, and concerns and found appropriate listings. I am so thankful that Jessica was our realtor! I highly recommend her services.

They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we will definitely recommend them to all our friends and family!

Both Deborah and Jessica have been absolutely incredible! They are more than helpful, and they are both so knowledgeable about everything that concerns buying a house. I truly feel like they did everything that they could to get me the best prices, people, and deals that they could. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house. I was a little difficult, and they were very patient and very understanding. I can't say enough good things about the two of them!

My wife and I worked with both Jessica and Deborah in mid 2014. I can't say enough about the level of service and responsiveness to our requests, concerns, and schedule. Jessica found us the house we wanted as well as negotiated the sale of our previous home - all within a 90 day window. After closing on our new home, the follow up and commitment to making sure we were completely satisfied continued and went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend contacting them! We will not be moving again anytime soon but when/if the time comes, we have a good friend we will call.
