Deborah and Jessica are the absolute best real estate agents in Tulsa! They're super responsive, patient and insightful. They work very well as a team and were the perfect fit for our house hunt. They offer great tips and connections as well. Also, they are honest and stick to your price range! We worked mostly with Deborah at the beginning and we were very impressed that she would tell us the good AND the bad about the houses and she would tell us when a house was NOT worth the asking price. She was very thorough in her assessment of the important features of a home that are often overlooked like the furnace, hot water heater, siding, roof, etc. We lived out of state and came to Tulsa to look at houses. However, we didn't find the right house before we returned home. After we returned home, we did a few Zoom house showings over the next week and they found us an excellent property (that was just about to hit the market). We trusted them enough to close on the house "sight unseen." We closed on the house in exactly 30 days and that's with a major holiday in the mix. We highly recommend the Mcguire Cooley team, and we will be sure to work with them again in the future!

I worked with Deborah and Jessica when I purchased my house and they were AWESOME. They guided me through all the steps and helped me find contractors to help with some work that needed done. The day before closing the seller wanted to back out, Deborah and her team jumped into action working on their side and advising me on what I needed to do. The closing did go through without a hitch and I give all the credit to Deborah and her team; they went above and beyond! After 6 years they stay in touch and keep me in the loop on my house value and offer suggestions for my next home. You won’t go wrong with them, they are the BEST!

Jessica found the perfect house for my daughter. She artfully negotiated the contract to get her the best deal. She mentored my daughter, a first time buyer, on contracts, home inspections, and mortgages. She always returned emails/texts/phone calls promptly. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with both Deborah McGuire and Jessica Cooley in the process of selling our home and buying another. They worked hard to align both transactions so there was minimal inconvenience for us, and helped us through what seemed to be a particularly difficult purchase. My wife and I worked with both Jessica and Deborah in mid 2014. I can't say enough about the level of service and responsiveness to our requests, concerns, and schedule. Jessica found us the house we wanted as well as negotiated the sale of our previous home - all within a 90 day window. After closing on our new home, the follow up and commitment to making sure we were completely satisfied continued and went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend contacting them! We will not be moving again anytime soon but when/if the time comes, we have a good friend we will call.

We were moving here from Virginia and made three trips to look at houses. We looked at a lot of houses online before each trip. They quickly got a sense of what we liked and wanted. They even hooked us up with a great mortgage broker. They also referred us to a realtor in Virginia when ours dropped the ball. We ended up making an offer and going through the whole process over the phone while we were selling our home in Virginia. They have given us a lot of guidance as we become accustomed to the area, offering suggestions about services we need, shopping, dining, activities we are interested in and even churches. Very impressed with their expertise. These ladies know what they are doing.
