I wrote a google review that would explain how much I love working with Chantal. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS AMC. As a customer they did things I did not feel comfortable with, and will never ever recommend them. Chantal defended them a lot, but when I worked with a different lenders they asked for less and didn’t get extra people involved like AMC did. I did love Nicole though she was an absolute sweetheart. However, again LOVE CHANTAL and will always recommend.

Bonnie was constantly on the ball answering every question without hesitation or acquiring the information in relation to our questions. She went above and beyond any real estate individual we have dealt with in the past. Sghe kept us abreast of everything that was happening at each step of the way and was able to finish the process by getting everything in the house we wanted plus additional items; she was the one that performed the final walk through before purchase and kept tract of each item to be sure it was completed before we moved into the house. Again we have dealt with several real estate agents of the years, but none were even close with the professionalism and energy that Bonnie displayed.
