Jill is an angel. She has been our family realtor for over 20 years, and in fact we were Jill’s first sale when she began her career! At the time, our son was 4-years old, and over the past few years she helped him find his very first house and then recently helped he and his wife find the perfect first family home. BEST REALTOR WE HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! Jill has been a true godsend in our lives. Her knowledge and insights are unmatched and her ethics and morals are hard to come by these days. (Especially with the state of today’s market and everyone being out to make a quick sale.) When you tour a property with her she doesn’t give you the usual script of property values, schools and accessible shopping. (Although, she is ALWAYS prepared with that information) Jill brings all of a property’s positive AND negative aspects to light and presents them in an EQUAL and FAIR manner. This is truly a realtor who is ethical above all else and will NEVER try to sway your decision. However, she makes sure that her clients go into their decisions with eyes wide open and takes the time to EDUCATE you in all aspects of purchasing any given property. Planning for retirement in Tulsa in 2019, we contacted Jill from Germany and arranged for her to help us find a house in Broken Arrow when we came to Tulsa on a house hunting trip in March. Jill had helped us previously in 2003 and in 2013 when we bought a house and a condo, respectively. She did such a wonderful job that we wanted to work with her again. Jill had a great intuitive sense for what we were looking for and made the house hunting trip a very efficient project. I really appreciated her advice in pointing out potential "gotchas" as we viewed houses. Only an agent with long experience, like Jill, can do this. Once we'd selected a house, then made an offer and signed a contract, Jill worked very hard to help us get the inspections done and negotiate with sellers to get the repairs completed. As a bonus, Jill helped arrange with the title company for us to complete the closing from Germany. Jill continued to work hard for us after we left the country. You won't find a harder working or more knowledgeable agent than Jill Falkenberry. She keeps your interests in mind, gives wise advice when negotiating with the other party, and greatly reduces the effort and frustration of buying or selling a house.
