Someone else recommended Bobette to us and since our first meeting with her she was clear and open to answering all our questions. She was available at all times, explaining ins and outs of the process, pros and cons of each decision without pushing us towards a particular way to do things. The process went fast but smooth from the time decided to sell our house and having her as our real-estate agent to the closing date. Bobette has a lot of knowledge of the market and how things work. She was open to our different ideas and even as a couple with different personalities, she took the time to explain to both of us each step of the selling process with clear non-confusing language. It was a world of difference from whenever we bought this same house 7 years ago - we are now clear our agent was not looking out for us. I have been doing business with Bobette for nearly 18 years where she is my RE Agent on the purchase and sale of many properties. I do business in a dozen US states. There is no Agent who is more qualified, competent, loyal, and hard working like Bobette. If there is such an award, she should be nominated for being the best in the US.
