She was super rude to all parties. Tried to cancel our contract between buyer and seller, because (buyer) us was taking to long to close due to government shutdown. Didn’t seem to care about what the sellers wanted. Relisted the house days before closing. Blew up our phone when we only asked about what kind of dryer hookup. All about realtor to realtor communication. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Janet was so amazing I don’t have words to express. As I live in Indiana and she was selling my late father’s house there in Oklahoma. We kept waiting on an FSA loan and she kept pushing to make sure the new buyers were going to stick to their closing date as they pushed it back a couple different times. We were so fortunate to work with Janet on our recent home purchase. She was very honest, transparent, and provided us with objective feedback with each home we looked at. In all honestly, Janet showed us a home I really loved the interior of, but structurally, the home was not very sound. Janet was brave enough to bring up those concerns to us, which was something I would have completely overlooked/not been aware of since this was only my second home purchase. I had the privilege of having Janet Vermillion act as Buyer's Agent. She helped me find a quality home at a good price and provided me with insightful information throughout the process. Moreover, she was waiting in the home after I drove in from out of state to hand me the keys and show me around. She had a wonderful welcome basket of needful items like paper plates, cups, water, trash bags, etc essentials to start me off... and gave me a handmade plate of fudge.
