Hello! My name is Jeanette Bagrosky and I am a realtor in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. I have personally bought and/or sold my own personal home 8 times, so I understand the importance of a hard-working, knowledgeable real estate agent. I am originally from Michigan, but I definitely consider Tulsa my "home" and have lived here for over a decade.
Having so much personal experience with relocating, I understand the anxiety and emotions buyers and sellers experience. I understand that buying and selling your home is a big deal. Essentially, it is one of the largest purchases/sales you will make in your lifetime. With so many things to consider in a move, whether you're buying or selling, I'm here to take the stress off of your shoulders where your home is concerned and allow you to concentrate on the move itself.

That TEAM includes a Professional Stager and Photographer, a Talented Group of Marketing Specialists, and an assistant to push paper so I can give YOU my time! I will bring other Realtors into your home to get the most exposure to the most agents, leading to more potential buyers! I will work with you to schedule convenient times for Open Houses and will help you understand the selling process...all the way to the closing table and beyond!
For Buyers: I will send you listings via email that match your specific criteria. I will focus on YOUR needs and desires in a new home and I will find one that "fits" you! I will work around YOUR schedule and walk you through the process of buying a home from searching the MLS, to personal showings, to writing an offer, securing a contract, conducting inspections, completing closing, handing over the key, and more! I'm here to help!

Recently decided to sell a house that we had rented out in Tulsa (currently live in Texas) and my in-laws had a great experience with Jeanette so contacted her for help with the listing. We had a cash offer from the property management company, but it seemed low and Jeanette felt like she could do better, so we decided to take a shot. Well, we were in for quite the surprise after the tenant moved out because the house was in rough shape. With us living in a different state, Jeanette really became indispensable. She helped with recommendations on what to fix and what not to fix, helped line up contractors and was basically the local point of contact for all the work being done. We went from a cash offer of 375k, to putting in ~15k in repairs and ended up closing at 420k. She basically put an additional 30k in our pocket. It's was a big pleasure working with Jeanette. In 2010, we moved to Tulsa, OK for work and my co-worker introduced me to Jeanette. My wife and I gave Jeanette our likes and dislikes about what we wanted in a home and location. Immediately, Jeanette found us a beautiful home in Broken Arrow, OK. She made the process go by so fast and easy that it felt like everything was done in a day. Fast forward to 2016, we're now back in California and I had Jeanette list the Broken Arrow home. Recently decided to sell a house that we had rented out in Tulsa (currently live in Texas) and my in-laws had a great experience with Jeanette so contacted her for help with the listing. We had a cash offer from the property management company, but it seemed low and Jeanette felt like she could do better, so we decided to take a shot. Well, we were in for quite the surprise after the tenant moved out because the house was in rough shape. With us living in a different state, Jeanette really became indispensable. She helped with recommendations on what to fix and what not to fix, helped line up contractors and was basically the local point of contact for all the work being done. We went from a cash offer of 375k, to putting in ~15k in repairs and ended up closing at 420k. She basically put an additional 30k in our pocket. She made the process go by so fast and easy that it felt like everything was done in a day. Fast forward to 2016, we're now back in California and I had Jeanette list the Broken Arrow home. At the time, I was bouncing back and forth from Wisconsin to California for work. Jeanette took it upon her and managed a crew of vendors to bring the property back into tip-top shape, working all day and into the late evening updating me on the progress. Jeanette got a contract on our house in 5 days! We'd hire her again in a heartbeat! She staged our house, got professional photos, and got us the offer on our house we were looking for.
