Cathy is great! She helped to sell our house very quickly! She was very good in helping us figure out the right price to sell our house at. Cathy was great when it came time to showing our house and even helped to take care of our dog when people wanted to view the house :) We moved out of state and she helped us find a realtor in that state and even kept in touch until we found our new house. If you are looking for an expert ally in your search for a home, Cathy has all your bases covered. I am really happy with Cathy as my realtor. She helped me find the perfect home for myself. She was very knowledgeable and never pressured me into a decision. It took me over a year to find my home and Cathy was there every step of the way.

Being new to the area, Cathy suggested locations I might like. When I finally decided on the home, she advocated for me during the deal. She asked the home inspector pointed questions and made sure all my concerns were addressed. She was working for me to make sure I was going to be happy. I have bought and sold many homes and Cathy is the only realtor I would recommend. She is excellent at her job.

We were transferred out of state with my husband's employment and had listed our lake property with a Wagoner realtor for a few months before we moved but were not happy with the lack of activity so when the listing agreement expired, a friend recommended Cathy and we couldn't be any more pleased with all her help. We had to do everything long distance and she was always very professional and helpful. When we needed repairs, she found repairmen and made arrangements for the work to be done. She made a very difficult situation much less stressful. We would highly recommend Cathy to anyone wishing to list their property.

From the moment I met Cathy at an open house, she was ready to help my husband and I get a home! She was patient and encouraging with us as we looked at dozens of houses around the area. (I admit, I can be pretty picky.) She was always available to answer questions over phone or email. We had some difficulties with our credit and getting approved for the house, but she was right along side us, helping us through murky water. In the end, we got an amazing house! She made the process easier than I imagined it would be. I loved that she was knowledgeable and kind, but never pushy.

Cathy provided helpful advice as to what a buyer would be looking for in the house I had for sale and how to make it more appealing. Potential buyers were in quickly for viewing and my house sold in 3 days! She went beyond the call of duty in showing me multiple homes and worked hard on the negotiations of our new home. She has since sold my parents home and helped them close on their new one. I have recommended her multiple times and will continue to do so!
