Ashley Bales has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 20 years “Since becoming a Real Estate agent, my business has grown to multi-million in sales in the past and it continues to grow!” says Ashley. For Ashley, the best part of the industry is getting to work with friends and family, all while getting the opportunity to make new friends and acquaintances.
Ashley attributes her robust base of repeat clients and referrals to her honest work ethic, hard work and customer satisfaction. “Trust is a major part of this industry, my natural honesty ensures trustworthiness in my client relationships,” says Ashley. She acknowledges that home buying and selling is very important, emotional and sometimes a difficult process. She truly believes that when trust is a part of the equation the process is easier, making the end result truly satisfying.
About Ashley:
I grew up in Sand Springs, attended grade school through high school there. During my adult life, I lived in Louisiana for several years, but eventually found my way back to my roots in Sand Springs and currently live in Tulsa. My higher education is in the medical field as a Radiologic Technologist, with studies in anatomy and physiology. I also assisted in the design and opening of the first free standing breast center in Tulsa. (a real estate project) My previous career was teaching radiology students at Tulsa Technology Center. I have always enjoyed working with people and desired a career that fulfilled that passion. Real Estate was a natural fit for me and has been my favorite profession. I am thankful that I made the decision to become a REALTOR® in 2004 and I look forward to retiring from the industry someday. I love to travel, my favorite things to look for, during my travels, are going to the beach and unique boutiques in small towns.

Ashley is responsive to all my communication in my house hunting process and in this market, I called or text Ashley a lot, daily if not more. She is diplomatic and I appreciate her as a consultant not overtly pushy salesperson. I would recommend her and have recommended Ashley. She has been a realtor in Oklahoma for many years and comes from a family of realtors. She’s the best!

Ashley has a way of making you feel more like a friend instead of a client. That easy way of working with her clients makes you feel like you are important. That importance is not just because you are a client, but because you are important to her as a person and friend.
As a side note she is from Sand Springs, but she found our new home in Owasso. In addition she helped our buyer sell their home in Broken Arrow all in a relatively short period of time. She has a good understanding of the entire Tulsa market. She would be a great realtor for anyone in the Tulsa area if you are looking to buy or sell your home.
