I honestly don’t think 5 stars are enough here. Rodney actually made our dreams come true! From driving all over the state with us as we searched for our forever home, to knowing questions to ask we’d have never thought of, to even negotiating an offer that was less than our cap and still beat out 9 other buyers. I never plan on buying again, but if I do, I’m taking Rodney with me!

Rodney did a great job and was very attentive to details. He made house shopping and selling an enjoyable experience for us, and was good about getting information on the properties that we were interested in. He was good about pointing out details that helped our house sell as well as doing open houses that brought buyers to us. we enjoyed the relationship that he provided and allowing us to ask questions and find out information for us. we would use Rodney again if we ever decide to purchase another home. We can’t say enough good things about our experience and would suggest that if you’re looking for a realtor, you should give him a call.

I would definitely recommend and refer Rodney to anyone/everyone! I had my house selling as a for sale by owner 3 weeks before Rodney called me and after a brief over the phone conversation with Rodney on 02/29/24 I agreed to meet with him 3/1/24 he gave me great tips about selling my home and how sure he was he could help me sell it with his expertise in the field. After thinking about it we agreed to sign Rodney as our selling agent 3/4/24. The very next day 3/5/24 we started getting requests for showing of the house. Between 3/5-3/9 we got over 20 showings in the house and 4 offers! Made our decision Sunday 3/10 and now closing on the house 4/12/24! He is literally the best real estate agent I have ever worked with!
